This morning, the Wyoming Honor Farm, Riverton Police Department, Fremont County Sheriff’s Office, and the Fremont County Fair Board, in conjunction with the Wyoming State Penitentiary, Wyoming Highway Patrol, and the office of Homeland Security will be conducting an emergency preparedness drill, in Riverton, Wyoming. The drill is intended to simulate a real life situation designed to enhance the readiness of local agencies; in the event of an actual emergency. An increased amount of traffic will be noticed, from all departments, along Hwy 26 through Riverton.
