The next quarterly meeting of the Prison Community Partnership Committee for the Wyoming Medium Correctional Institution (WMCI) will be on Wednesday, January 14, 2009, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., County Commissioners’ Meeting Room, 2125 East A, Torrington. As always, the public is encouraged to attend. The newly appointed Deputy Warden for the facility, Mike Pacheco, will be in attendance and will discuss his plans.

Other items will be Warden Ken Keller from the Wyoming Honor Farm in Riverton, who will give a presentation about that institution. This will conclude the committee's "tour" of all four prisons in the Wyoming Department of Corrections system. Additional agenda items will be an update on prison construction, Department of Workforce Services update on the hiring process, an update on recruiting, and introduction of the new committee Chairman for 2009 and selection of 2nd Vice Chairman.
