The next quarterly meeting of the Prison Community Partnership Committee for the Wyoming Medium Correctional Institution (WMCI) will be on Wednesday, April 15, 2009, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. The location is new: Eastern Wyoming College, Tebbett 131. As always, the public is encouraged to attend. The newly appointed warden for the facility, Mike Murphy, will be in attendance and will discuss his plans.
Other items will be selection of first and second vice chairmen for the committee, discussion of a Memorandum of Understanding between Dr. Rick Patterson and the Wyoming Department of Corrections, an update on construction, discussion of recruiting and of a “welcome wagon” idea.
